New to me!!

This whole blogging thing is very new to me. I really don't know what I'm doing. Just playing around and having fun and wasting my time again on the computer. But I am so computer challenged, that I guess that's what I have to do, is play around and waste time, right? Now I need to figure out how to post pictures and other fun stuff. Like a cool header!! I think I'm gonna work on some artsy fartsy thing. How do you like the name of my blog? This was the first thing that popped into my head. I didn't know I needed anything when I created this blog. But it is a name I have toyed around with in my head for quite some time now. My father, who passed away 51/2 years ago, used the name Flying Box 'O' for his cattle branding. He put it everywhere---even on the outside of our fireplace set in cement and stone. It was so very cool!! Using his brand makes me feel a little closer to him and to know he is very proud of me and my accomplishment thus far. He was always to proud of me and believed I could do anything and be anything. So this is my tribute to him.

Didn't make the next round

Hello friends and family--Well, I did my absolute best but did not make it to the next round in the MM idol contest. This was such a fun, exciting and a bit stressful contest to enter but I'm glad I did. After all, I made it to the top 15!! It boosted my confidence 10 fold. Thankyou all who logged in and voted for me. I appreciate all who believed and supported me!!!! I wouldn't have made it this far without you.
